Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping & Orders

• Your order will typically take 2 working days to prepare before being shipped.

• We currently ship worldwide. Just add products to your cart and cost of shipping will be auto-generated based on delivery address during checkout

• Our shipping cost does not include any custom tax that may be charged in your respective countries. 

Customers will be responsible for any custom charges (if any)

• We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Do read our Return Policy for more details on refunds, exchanges and repairs

Payment methods

• We accept credit card payments and bank transfers. For all bank transfers, bank details will be provided when bank transfer is selected as a payment method during checkout. Please ensure that you send us your proof of payment to dilan@goldcharmer.com

Care Instructions

• Store your jewellery in air-tight bags

• To clean your jewellery, first place your pieces in a bowl of hot water, squirt in some dishwashing liquid stir it in and let the pieces sit in their for half an hour. After, taking the pieces out and brush with a soft bristelled tooth brush.

• Avoid exposure of your jewellery in chlorine, pool, spa and sea water as this will damage the gold on your piece

Care Instructions

Our pieces are made from authentic metals with every item being tested for authenticity. We currently work with 9ct gold.

9 carat gold is an alloy containing 37.5% pure gold, while the rest is made up of another metal or metals. Typically, 9 carat gold will be made of 37.5% gold, 42.5% silver and 20% copper.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or simply changed your mind, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order

The following Return Policy will apply for all orders:

• For all returns/exchanges/repair services, please contact us at dilan@goldcharmer.com quoting your order number for instructions. Item(s) you wish to return/exchange must be unused and in the same condition as you received it (including original packaging)

• You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs when returning the item; shipping costs are non-refundable

• Do consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing insurance for any items above £50. Any items that do not reach us are the responsibility of the customer

• Once we have received and inspected the item(s), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. For refund, a full refund of the item(s), excluding any delivery charges, will be processed within 10 days. For exchanges, please return the item(s) and purchase the new item(s) as a separate order. We will also ensure that refund of the initial item(s) are processed within 10 days upon inspection. Exchanges only applies once per order
