Returns
- Return Period: You have 14 days from receiving your item to return it. Please contact us straightaway if you are unhappy with your purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that have been worn.
- Any other items that have been altered on your behalf.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact us to begin the return process. If your return is approved, we will advise on the best return method. Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
- Notification: You will be notified once your return is received and inspected.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Returns
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn and undamaged condition and include the original box.
- Cost: Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
- Shipping Method: All returns must be sent using a tracked and signed-for delivery service.
- Agreement: The return shipping method must be agreed in advance to prevent customs duties. Any charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.
- Liability: Gold Charmer is not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Damages and Issues
- Inspection: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if any item is faulty, damaged or incorrect so we can resolve the issue quickly.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
